Report a problem
Something in the designer not doing what you expect? Click the bug icon, Report a problem, at the right end of the tool row.
- Type what happened and what you expected.
- Click Send report.
The report carries a picture of your canvas at that moment and the details we need to look into it: which design, where everything was, your zoom, your browser and window size, and any script errors the page saw. Nothing else from your computer is sent. We get it by email and reply to the address on your account.
