To check

• The TXi needs an external WAAS GPS navigator for its PFD and its MFD (a GTN, a GNS 430W or 530W, a GNX 375, GPS 175 or GNC 355), and none is on this panel. TXi maintenance manual 190-01717-B1 Rev. 13, §2.1.1, §2.1.2

Notes

• The aircraft keeps standby instruments unless an MFD is installed as the integrated standby PFD in the configuration the installation manual describes; a G5 or GI 275 is the usual standby. TXi maintenance manual 190-01717-B1 Rev. 13, §2.1.2
• A GCU 485 controller is optional: the displays are worked by touch and their knobs. TXi maintenance manual 190-01717-B1 Rev. 13, §2.2.5
• The TXi is installed in a certified aircraft by a Garmin dealer under AML STC SA02571SE; the dealer's installation sets the final parts list. TXi maintenance manual 190-01717-B1 Rev. 13, §1.4
