Open the button with your name at the top right and choose Profile. At the foot of the Hangar Flying part, press Close this account…, check "I have a copy of what I want to keep.", and press Close this account. Download everything, just above it, gives you a copy of your records first.
Closing signs out every device and sets your records aside. Signing in again during the waiting period reopens the account.
If you have a membership, turn off its renewal first: open the button with your name and choose My membership.
