POH figure makes a page for the systems section of a pilot's operating handbook: your panel as you designed it, a numbered balloon with an arrow to every instrument, and a numbered list of what each one is.

Make the page
- Open your design.
- Click POH figure in the tool row (the open book).
The page opens over the designer. Every instrument, switch and circuit breaker has its own number and its own line in the list. They are counted left to right across the panel, and instruments right next to each other, such as a row of switches, keep numbers that follow on.
Make it yours
- Names and descriptions come from the Equipment Library. On the right, type over any name or description. This is where a switch becomes AVIONICS MASTER and gets a line saying what it does.
- Uncheck an item to leave it out. The numbers close up.
- Change a number by typing over it in the list. The item moves to that place and the others close up round it, so the numbers always run 1, 2, 3 and no two items share one.
- Drag a number to move its balloon clear of another. Its arrow keeps pointing at the middle of the instrument.
Get the page out
- Download PDF saves one letter page, sideways, in color, as "Instrument panel equipment description.pdf".
- Add to build sends the page to your Builders Log in one press: it makes a draft entry in your project, dated today and titled "Instrument panel equipment description", with the page in it. A link opens the entry, ready for you to write up and sign. With more than one project, you choose which.
- Print sends the same page to your printer.
- Copy the list puts the numbered list on your clipboard, to paste into your own handbook.
Good to know
- POH figure reads your design and changes nothing in it.
- What you type, uncheck or move is saved with the design, a moment after each change. The bar at the top says Saved with the design. Open the design on another computer and the figure is as you left it.
- Each item is known by what it is and which one of its kind it is, counted from the left: the third toggle switch keeps its name when you move it, unless you move it past another toggle switch.
- Placards and add-on panel pieces show in the picture and are not numbered.
